Phil’s got his hands full again!

The fun loving Marine is back in business….the restaurant business!Although Phil’s profession is construction he seems destined to be an innovative restaurant builder and owner. He took a 60ft trailer home and turned it into popular restaurant bar in North Bergen,NJ.After being involved in several establishments in NJ Phil moved to the Poconos where he designed built and operated Sticks and Stones restaurant near Bushkill.  He then went on to redesign the Four Seasons Diner into Panda’s Pub and Grill in Marshalls Creek.The last 3 years Phil has been working straight construction but he couldn’t resist the chance to transform this general store for the 1800’s into his latest bar and grille. Phil is not only a builder but a pretty darn good cook.he learned that trade from his Italian family, in particular his 101 year old mother,who still gives him advice! When his mother isn’t available Phil can always fall back on his Marine experience where he cooked for hundreds of Marines. Phil’s restaurants created a large local and loyal following. So after 3 years the folks really missed hi formula of “great food and drinks in a fun enviroment” come see why everyone ‘s happy Phil is back in business!
